2018 Summer Intern - Multifamily Finance
Primary Responsibilities
We offer internships in several of our departments including Multifamily Finance, Capital Markets, FHA Finance, Asset Management, Servicing, Investment Sales, Marketing, Internal Audit and Human Resources. Responsibilities vary by department but are likely to include:
- Attending commercial real estate trainings
- Conducting various research assignments
- Spread rent rolls and operating statements
- Handle vendor engagement
- Preparing detailed analyses
- Shadowing department members and participating in department meetings
- Completing administrative tasks:
- File maintenance and organization
- Data entry
- Supporting special projects
- Performing other duties as required and assigned
Education and Experience
- Must be enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an undergraduate program at an accredited university
- Must be entering your Senior year (graduating in 2019)
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Be able to provide a copy of your college transcripts upon request
