Public Relations Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Strategy & Messaging:

    • Join weekly client strategy calls and help take notes

  • Content Creation:

    • Manage and monitor online social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

  • Audience Engagement:

    • Monitor, track, and analyze daily news activity in relevant client industries (clean energy, finance, transportation and/or connectivity)

    • Create media briefs

  • Thought Leadership:

    • Research and maintain client thought leadership dashboard for conferences & awards    

    • Update client speaker bios with newly secured events

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree and a demonstrated track record of positive results
  • Interest in future-tech, clean energy, finance, transportation, health & aerospace
  • High level of comfort and effectiveness communicating
  • Social media experience, beyond Facebook and Twitter
  • Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven activities without missing a beat
  • Design sensibilities and Adobe Suite experience are a plus
  • Available 30-40 hrs/week
