Chief Technology Officer (Founding Partner)

 

The Mission: The Technical Correction

Enterprise AI is currently a landscape of "probabilistic toys" that hallucinate, leak data, and fail under regulatory pressure. Atlas Synapse is building the Truth Source—an institutional-grade audit engine and multi-agent "fortress" that replaces guesses with Deterministic Proof. We are hiring a Founding CTO to lead this technical correction.

 

The Board of Founders

You will lead the technical directive alongside a hardened leadership team from elite institutions:

Risk & Regulatory: Oxford/Columbia PhD (ex-J.P. Morgan & Deloitte)

AI Research & Systems: Northeastern MSCS

Cognitive Governance: UVA Cognitive Science

Business Analytics: CMU MS

Data Science & Product: UW-Madison CS

 

The Technical Mandate

We are not looking for an AI "user"; we are looking for an Architect of Determinism. Your DNA must include:

Agentic Orchestration: Mastery of LangGraph or equivalent frameworks to build closed-loop, multi-agent systems.

The Audit Stack: Proven ability to build high-velocity observability into AI "thought" processes using Kafka, Spark, and OpenTelemetry.

Hardened Infrastructure: Deep familiarity with low-level systems (Java, C++, Rust) and military-grade security standards (SOC 2, NYDFS, HIPAA).

Deterministic Logic: Experience implementing Guardrails (AWS Bedrock, JSON Schema) and Probabilistic Calibration to block hallucinations at the kernel level.

 

Key Responsibilities

Phase I Ingestion: Architect the engine that captures "Market Failure Data"—identifying exactly where F500 AI deployments are breaking.

The Fortress Build: Standardize hardened blueprints that turn security and compliance into a profit center for institutional clients.

Technical Authority: Provide senior-level directives to the Systems and Product teams to ensure the Truth Source is unassailable.

The Sovereign Filter

Founding Philosophy: You are "Last to Eat." You value mission-alignment and long-term equity ($95k base activates post-MRR).

Pedigree: You likely come from a background in Defense, High-Finance, Cybersecurity, or Elite Research Labs.
