Machine Learning Scientist

As part of the Novateur Team, you will actively collaborate with world-renowned researchers in academia and industry to develop cutting-edge technologies for smart systems. You will have opportunities and professional freedom to create novel research and technical directions in your areas of interest, attend major scientific conferences and seminars, and publish research papers.  Our current focus areas include multi-camera tracking, re-identification, anomaly detection in large-scale trajectory data, and mobility data analysis. These efforts are central to building intelligent, scalable, and secure systems that make a real-world impact.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with leading researchers in academia and industry to solve fundamental and applied problems in machine learning, computer vision, distributed computing, and related domains.
• Design mathematical models and develop novel algorithms that push the state of the art in areas such as multi-camera tracking, anomaly detection, and trajectory-based mobility analysis.
• Translate cutting-edge research into scalable, high-performance systems for smart and autonomous technologies.
• Publish your work at premier conferences and journals, and present findings at scientific seminars.
• Help shape new research directions and contribute to Novateur’s long-term scientific vision.

What We are Looking for:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient, scalable algorithm design.
• Proficiency in software prototyping and hands-on implementation of research ideas.
• An innovative mindset and passion for advancing the frontier of intelligent systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated research impact through a strong publication record.
