Recology gives every intern a major initiative and guidance from professionals to ensure the successful completion of the project. Recology couples day-to-day work with experience in the field, attending local meetings, and knowledge sharing seminars.

LOCATIONS:

Our Paid Summer Internships will be located throughout our region in the following locations:

• San Francisco Bay Area (Downtown San Francisco & South San Francisco)

• South Bay (San Mateo)

• North Bay (Vacaville and Dixon)

• Washington: Seattle

All Recology internship positions are full-time, paid positions. We appreciate intern candidates that are flexible on the location* of their internship. During your 12 weeks, you'll have the chance to network with our management team, develop new skills, learn about our business, and experience what it's like to work within an innovative company. Upon successful completion of the program, interns may be considered for regular full-time, paid positions at Recology.

*At this time, housing allowance is unavailable.

START DATES:

We have two (2)  start dates this year. Intern candidates must be able to commit to the start date and end and complete a continuous 12 week internship.

June 25, 2018

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should:

  • Be in their senior year of undergraduate coursework or have recently graduated. Applications from graduate students are also encouraged.
  • Be self-motivated, have strong writing skills, enjoy working with a variety of people.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Feel passionate about our vision: Recology sees a world without wasteTM
