Public Relations Intern, Experience Cloud

The challenge

As an intern on Adobe Experience Cloud’s communications team, one will have the opportunity to contribute to Adobe’s success, while receiving invaluable behind-the-scenes learning experience. The summer intern will be a key member of our (what we like to think is well-run!) organization, and will gain an understanding of enterprise public relations and social media and how to meet deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, pitch media, deliver quality written materials, leverage Adobe’s social channels and assist in strategy decisions. The internship will focus on communications around Adobe Experience Cloud with an emphasis on Adobe’s analytics and digital marketing solutions.


What you’ll do
  • Track relevant media for Adobe Experience Cloud and uncover story lines 
  • Track relevant media coverage 
  • Coordinate and work closely with product teams, PR agency, as well as internal partners including international teams, AR, customer relations, etc. 
  • Draft written materials that showcase product updates, partnerships, story lines, etc. 
  • Assist in developing innovative communications strategies
  • Research daily news to stay on top of industry trends and competitors 
  • Be flexible, and have fun in working with a collaborative team! 
What you need to succeed
  • Prior intern experience (communications role not required); working towards BA/BS in communications, journalism, marketing or related field 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills 
  • Detail-oriented with unwavering ability to follow through and deliver on commitments 
  • Team player, who also prides themselves on being a self-starter 
  • Motivated by a fast-paced environment 
  • Interest in learning more about social media execution
