◦ For G&A: Self-motivated who can excel in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the Fintech industry, finance and or LendingClub.
◦ For Operations: Able to transform a high-level strategy / vision into specific deliverables and actions Collaborative style and approach; comfortable working in a matrixed, decentralized structure. Self-starter, high level of energy, motivated & able to work independently.
Can mobilize teams into action and manage multiple projects with demanding timelines. Are passionate about building relationships and improving customer experiences.
◦ Product/Design: You have a degree, or currently pursuing a degree, in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field of study. Understand design research, user experience design processes and methodology, as well as its value and how to integrate into work. Strong visual design sense with clean typography and layout understanding. You are in touch with current design methodologies and industry standards. You are an excellent communicator. You can observe, analyze, question, and conceptualize. You love working with diverse teams and personalities
