House Museum Docent-Volunteer

Volunteers lead public tours of the exterior and interior of the Haas-Lilienthal House Museum. House tours are offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00-3:00. Tours start each hour, at 12:00, 1:00, and 2:00. Volunteers complete training to conduct tours and must commit to two (3 Hour) shifts per month.  

House Tours are offered to select 3rd-grade classrooms through our popular Heritage Hikes program. December through May school groups schedule visits to the Haas-Lilienthal House on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are given a volunteer guided tour of the house. School tours involve additional teaching aids and last around 1 hour. Volunteers complete training to conduct Heritage Hikes tours and must commit to two (1 Hour) shifts per month.
