Personal Consultant_Engineer Track

ABOUT THE ROLE: 
IECG is seeking a Personal Consultant to design and coordinate the academic path for future college students. Working closely with consultants and professors, you will support the team in providing professional guidance to our students. Your positive attitude, excellent communication and analytical skills will empower us to perfect our services, and enrich our database of professional projects and resources. You will also have the opportunity to design and develop our online platform from the start.
 
If you are engineering major
  • Work on various professional engineering projects with professors and students (e.g. UAV, smart grid system, etc.)
  • Establish and improve database of professional resources and design learning track of different engineering fields for students to choose from
  • Assist college professors with counseling sessions by introducing students to fundamental subject knowledge and the usage of tools
  • Maintain close communication with a selected group of outstanding high school students, their parents, and college professors
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans based on student’s personalized timeline
  • Improve and optimize the current company’s service and operation system
 
Job Description: 
  • Build up learning inventory in different fields (e.g. Business, Engineering, Humanities, Arts) and design learning track tailored to the student’s needs
  • Assist college professors to conduct counseling sessions by helping students understand fundamental knowledge and usage of analytical tools in the field of their interest
  • Maintain close communication with a selected group of outstanding high school students, their parents, and college professors
  • Develop, coordinate and implement curriculum plans based on personalized timeline

 
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English in both speaking and writing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably from a top 50 U.S. university or a top institution in Europe or Canada
  • Proven ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with all types of personalities
  • Ability to flourish in an entrepreneurial environment     
  • Proven management skills or leadership skills preferred
