Video & Photography Fellow

Duties and Responsibilities: We’re looking for an energetic out-going individual who has an eye for photography and a passion for telling stories through video. This person will report to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, Director of Development, Director of Finance, other fellows and staff, musicians and guest conductors and artists.
·       Video Duties: Scheduling and conducting interviews with various personalities. Recording, producing, directing and editing videos. Ensuring video files are stored for future access. Upload certain videos to YouTube. Work with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Fellow to coordinate the use of videos. Tell a compelling story of the NRO.
·       Photography Duties: Scheduling and conducting photo shoots. Editing photos, ensuring photo files are stored for future access. Work with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Fellow to coordinate the use of photos. Create a portfolio of high quality photos to be used for national, state and local marketing campaigns. 
·       Other Duties: Attend rehearsals, outreach events, special events and concerts. Assist with a variety of operational and administrative duties, including but not limited to set-up and clean-up of special events, answering phones, computer data entry, distributing marketing materials, and selling merchandise.
·       Attire: Responsible for wearing appropriate "office casual" attire. Business or semi-formal dress is required at performances. A formal dress or suit is required for the Gala.
Qualifications: Must be self-motivated, able multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Possess strong story-telling abilities, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Experience with video/film techniques, interviewing, and documentary research. Working knowledge of video, lighting and audio equipment. Working knowledge of classical music and Adobe Premiere After Effects a plus. Must provide own camera capable of video, still photography and HD Video. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
 
Compensation: Fully furnished housing, weekly food stipend, and college credit.
 
Duration: Arrive Monday, May 20 and begin work on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 – last work day Thursday August 1 and leave Breckenridge on Friday August 2, 2019.
