Talent Marketing, Baseball Internship

Independent Sports & Entertainment (ISE) is an integrated sports, media, entertainment and management company that represents more than 300 of the best athletes in the NBA, NFL and MLB. Headquartered in Los Angeles, ISE also has offices in Chicago and Indianapolis.
 
ISE seeks passionate, innovative and driven Marketing Intern in their Downtown Chicago office to support the development of clients’ personal brands, digital footprints and editorial narratives.
 
Responsibilities:
·       Generate leads and help source client marketing deals
·       Support communication programs focused on building individual client brands
·       Assist in ISE and client social media planning and execution
·       Assist in the management of company and client social media analytics reports
·       Contribute to athlete recruiting and marketing materials/presentations
·       Assist in updating ISE website with latest client news, imagery, roster moves
 
Base Qualifications:
·       Superior leadership, writing, research, presentation and project management skills
·       Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
·       Extremely organized with an acute attention to detail
·       Strong interest in and passion for marketing, new technologies and social media
·       Skilled communicator able to articulate complex ideas and business issues verbally and in writing
·       Collaborative, team-oriented work style with ability to build effective business relationships


Preferred Qualifications: 
·       Strong analytical skills and social media knowledge
·       Familiarity with Facebook insights, Google analytics and SEO best practices
·       Sales and outbound prospecting background
 
Eligibility: 
·       Currently studying for Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent or recently graduated within past 12 months; strong academic performance
·       Must be eligible to work in the United States.  ISE does not sponsor individual work visas.
