Product Marketing Intern, MBA

Create world-class content and marketing solutions to reach more customers and partners and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business.

Position Summary 
You will research and create sales-enablement content about organizational departments that DocuSign sells to. For example, you may research the org structures, processes, and DocuSign-relevant use cases for different sized companies’ Legal departments. You may supplement that with selling stories and customer successes from where DocuSign has been deployed in Legal departments. You will communicate this type of information in presentations and documents for DocuSign’s Sales, Marketing, and Business Development groups.

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Product Marketing Director for Line of Business Marketing. It is an excellent opportunity for an intern to explore various forms of demand for a leading cloud-software suite of products, and to impact how DocuSign responds to that demand.

Responsibilities
·     Conduct research via interviews internally with field personnel and externally via public sources.
·     Analyze and summarize the research into impactful insights about customer personas and needs.
·     Recommend the best DocuSign products for the identified needs, articulated with compelling value propositions.
·     Communicate findings in presentations and sales-enablement materials such as blueprints and playbooks.

Basic Qualifications
·     You are currently enrolled in an MBA program
·     Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
·     Work experience in the tech industry
·     Familiarity with marketing proc
