Responsibilities:
You are expected to support a multi-skilled, high-performing and efficient workforce of Tencent by being a contributor to one or more of the following fields which, put together, form our wider HR community: recruiting, training, organization development, employee performance management, employee relations, benefits & compensations, and corporate culture.
Qualifications and Skills：
- Good logical reasoning; ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Solid knowledge of HR-related theories.
- Proficient with MS Office suite including Excel; data collection and analysis skills.
