Architect 1

Under direct supervision, prepares and produces basic complexity construction contract documents, following prescribed methods and standards. Under direct supervision, prepares and produces basic complexity design presentation materials, following prescribed methods and standards. Coordinates building design formulation and development of construction contract documents with architectural and engineering staff. Collects background information and documentation including “as ‐ built” data and field survey work, as necessary. Performs other duties as required. Researches construction materials, technologies and methodologies as directed.

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program. Architectural Experience Program (AXP) has been initiated as specified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
