Digital Media Operations Coordinator - Healthline

New York, NY

We are seeking a solution-oriented and analytically-minded individual to join our team as a Digital Media Operations Coordinator. This position, on the Contracts & Risk Team within the Advertising group, will help manage the contracting and program management process for our advertising business. This role will work closely with Sales, Client Services, Strategy, Pricing & Yield, Ad Ops and other revenue driven internal partners to achieve timely execution of contracts and bookings that conform to current policies, while working with repeat clients over time to improve terms and increase alignment with strategic goals for the business. What You’ll Do:
  • Help manage contracts to support Healthline strategy, processes, revenue and margins
  • Structure and coordinate operational processes related to contracts and digital media/sponsorship bookings
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies  
  • Audit IOs to ensure Healthline will be able to deliver on contracted placements
  • Track Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) versioning and usage to ensure Healthline’s interests are protected, flagging any discrepancies and risks
  • Structure, draft and coordinate favorable MSAs with key buyers
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Sales to confirm T&Cs, flights, ad products, pricing, and total spend reflect what has been discussed
  • Responsible for attaining and tracking signatures for IOs with Docusign, Prisma, 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree - Recent College Grads welcome to apply!
  • 1-3+ years in digital experience and understanding of the industry
  • 1-3+ years in media planning, account management advertising/media operations or similar
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and other digital tools a plus, but not required
  • Some understanding of strategic importance of contracts, Terms & Conditions and exceptions
  • Some experience with deal and contract review will be helpful
  • Knowledge of digital media for implementation, pricing and guarantee deliverables
  • Ability to effectively interact with individuals in all areas of the organization, and ability to define accurate decisions on contact exceptions
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Media, agency and/or health pharma experience also helpful but not required
