Project Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Assist Management team with special projects
- Identify inefficiencies; propose and implement solutions
- Be trustworthy and build relationships with people to become an effective change agent
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses and other quantitative analyses to support improvement initiatives. Control, track and report on improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience or strong interest in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Strong math skills and analytical aptitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy, fierce sense of urgency, creative problem-solver, good communicator, forceful with tact
