Entry Level Business Analyst, West Coast (Seattle/Bay Area/SoCal)

About the role
Business analysis teams gather and analyze client needs, using technology to connect a client’s business to the right Avanade solutions and consultants. This involves working with clients to understand existing business processes and contributing to new processes and system designs.
As a Business Analysis Analyst, you will be a vital contributor to client projects. You will learn business analysis techniques from senior analysts, ensure adherence to Avanade standards and learn to identify issues that may require changes to project plans or scope. You will also interact with project stakeholders, ranging from fellow team members to business partners, vendors, customers, and end users.

Day-to-day you will:
  • Review, understand and apply Avanade delivery standards
  • Perform scribe activities
  • Document project scope and assignments
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Work with other analysts to deliver quality projects
  • Transfer functional requirements to development and test team members.

About you

  • Four-year Bachelor's Degree
  • Travel as needed-up to 80%

You will likely have one to two years of work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology.
