DESCRIPTION OF ASSIGNMENT

The intern will have the opportunity to assist in performing User Acceptance Testing of various projects within multiple illustration systems that are used throughout NLG. This opportunity will provide them an understanding of how the illustration system plays a role in the pre-/post-sales process for both life and annuity products.

 

TYPICAL JOB ASSIGNMENTS

1. Assist in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the ForeSight new issue and inforce illustration system.

2. Assist in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of third-party illustrations when new products and riders are developed. Third party vendor illustrations produce point of sale supplemental illustrations – third party vendors include, but are not limited to: InsMark, WinFlex, iPipeline, PlanGen, and Mobile Quick Quote.

3. Maintain ForeSight system defects through Insurance Tehcnologies’ defect management system: iConnect.

4. Provide consultation and analysis when the ForeSight new issue and inforce illustration system is not producing expected/desired results.

5. Assist with producing new issue and inforce illustrations on a case-by-case basis for products and/or policies with characteristics not supported by the company’s illustration systems.
