Our intern will be primarily working with the Sales Reporting team. During the summer they will learn about our Industry, Distribution, Sales Metrics, Operational functions of the Company and how they are connected. Tasks will be intentional with process improvement and controls that the Sales Reporting team will adopt.

Typical Job Assignments
- Help create controls to help the Sales Reporting become more proactive with operational errors
- Redesign Sales Reports currently being sent out to leaders and agency customers that exist in PDF or on our Tableau Server
- Ad-hoc production reporting for internal and external customers
- Assist VP of Distribution Finance, Independent and Career Finance teams with production questions or analysis
