Operations Leadership Development Program - Full Time

BURGER KING®, TIM HORTONS®, and POPEYES® are iconic brands. But Restaurant Brands International itself is relatively new. Over the past ten years, RBI has acquired these three powerhouses and welcomed them into to the RBI family.

RBI is agile and ever growing, consisting of lean teams of diverse individuals with varying skillsets and backgrounds. With over 26,000 restaurants in over 100 countries, with our zealous goal to establish 40,000 restaurants in the next ten years, we are an industry leader with more than $30 billion in system sales and even more room to expand. For the first time, RBI has meticulously developed an Operations Leadership Development Program for students scheduled to graduate within the next 1- 2 semesters (seniors). At RBI, we recognize Operations has a significant business impact on all our franchisees and consequently those that enjoy our quick service restaurants. Operations touches all facets in Equipment & Systems, Training, Guest Experience, Restaurant Operations and Food Safety across all three of our Brands. 

Those accepted into the Operations Leadership Development Program have an enormous say in the direction of the company’s growth by increasing customer satisfaction through all aspects of interactions they have with our brands. With technical training and support, we are more than confident that those within the program will feel empowered to take ownership of new, exciting projects.

During our Global Onboarding, you’ll be immersed in the RBI culture and will have the chance to meet the global leadership team at one of our corporate offices. You’ll also receive a mentor during this period to help guide you throughout your journey with RBI!

Next, you’ll spend weeks going through all the training you’ll need to be a successful analyst at the company. This will include the following:

Recognizing that this is a specialized program, participants will partake in three, 6- month rotations, for a total of 18 months. The rotations are currently planned to take place in the following teams: 

After successfully completing the program, you’ll be placed in a permanent role with immediate opportunity to make a big impact on our business. You will have a clear understanding of the Operation functionalities, operation branches across RBI, and an in -depth understanding into the concerns and points of view of current and prospective franchisees, And that’s just the beginning! The more you achieve, the more growth and reward opportunities you can earn with us.
