Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

This entry level position will focus on tracking detailed outcomes of health prevention and disease management programs for program area managers. He or she will work with the Community Health evaluation team and program managers to develop goals and objectives needed to complete the evaluation framework used to measure performance and maintain program fidelity. The M&E specialist will also create data collection tools, as needed, and generate reports, summaries, presentations, dashboards, and graphs necessary to accurately display impact as per community health plans, program outcomes, and the community health needs assessment.
