Description of the Role
Analysts think on their feet, learn quickly, and develop creative solutions. Junior staff gain experience working with senior executives and directly contribute to their clients’ most pressing business challenges. While Tredence provides both structured and on the job training to help you succeed in a constantly-evolving environment, an independent intellectual curiosity combined with strong interpersonal skills is highly valued. The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively is essential. A high level of comfort with quantitative analysis and desire to learn is required.
Responsibilities
- Translate, structure and solve business problems with data analytics and technology
- Effectively communicate business impact of analytical solutions
- Collaborate with global internal project teams and external client team members
- Learn and work with a variety of analytical tools, such as SQL, Tableau, R, Python, and enterprise cloud platforms
- Leverage concepts from statistics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to solve business problems
- Brainstorm and propose ideas for business development
- Participate in firm building activities, such as team outings, campus recruiting and social events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Record of outstanding academic performance
- Enjoy learning and critical thinking
- Eager to work and contribute in a team-based environment
- Comfort with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and analytics tools (R, SQL, Python, etc.) preferred
