Silver Therapeutics Operations Summer Internship

Silver Therapeutics, a Licensed Massachusetts Marijuana Business is looking for an intern to assist with expansion and operational efforts. Silver Therapeutics currently operates an adult-use marijuana dispensary in Williamstown, MA and is in the process of opening stores in Orange and Boston and a cultivation facility in Orange.
Our mission at Silver Therapeutics is to assist our customers achieve their wellness and enjoyment goals through the use of quality cannabis.
We are a locally owned and operated business. We have partnered with producers in the state to stock our shelves with curated quality cannabis products.
At present we employ 27 Team Members that support our mission and we are located at 238 Main Street in Williamstown.
Scope of Work:
Silver Therapeutics is seeking an intern to research local zoning by-laws in town and cities across the state to determine whether expansion efforts there are feasible.
The selected intern will have the opportunity to learn every step of marijuana licensing that is required to open a marijuana business in Massachusetts, to include the interview, selection and hiring process for all employees.
Additionally, the intern will be responsible to arrange for meetings with town officials and to coordinate design professionals involved with development of properties for cannabis use.
Right Fit:
Silver Therapeutics is looking for an enthusiastic individual that possess the ability to be flexible working in a fast paced, nimble work environment. This individual must possess incredible interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail
Basic computer skills required, Microsoft, Google Suites preferred.
Previous customer service, retail or business experience preferred, but we will hire the smile and train the skill for the right individual.
