Business Systems Analyst

Job Description
Looking for a Business system analyst for ERP/CRM implementations and support. Finance and accounting background preferred but not required. Any experience with NetSuite or Saleforce.com highly desirable

Responsibilities
Partner with client business teams in defining business processes and system requirements.
Organize and manage project work to drive delivery.
Participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
Partner with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations
Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and peers to facilitate on-time and on-budget project delivery
Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications
Support and upgrade implemented ERP/CRM systems.
