Jr. Business and Quality Analyst

Note:- We are seeking for fresh graduated candidates with good communication skills. We accept F1 and OPT candidate.

Required Responsibilities & Skills :

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Assisting in Discovery meetings to understand business use cases and requirements.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

Experience and/or training as a Business Analyst performing the following activities: (a) Requirements gathering, (b) Use Case generation and documentation, (c) Design of complex solutions using multiple architectures, (d) Generation and documentation of both Functional and Technical Design Documents for use by self and other programming staff.
Use of structured application development methodology and principals, understanding of structured environments using distinct development, test, and production environments.
Superb critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal, communication(written and verbal), and organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
Self-motivated.
Ability retain information through various initiatives to be utilized in future initiatives.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
