Senior Content Producer
The Senior Content Producer role will own the production pipeline and logistics for Britesiders's campaigns.
Britesiders is a new platform that uses streaming video and unique campaign engagement to raise money for charities. The company was founded by former startup execs with prior successful exits.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in developing creative work for digital media (bonus for work in live streaming)
- Must be able to devise and execute campaigns from scratch
- Proven ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and live content scenarios
- Experience in digital video editing, sound, and creative software suites
- Proven ability to leverage creative content for audience engagement
- Bonus for experience in managing a creative team
- Bonus for existing relationships in the digital content creator/influencer industry
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, design, and execute Britesiders campaigns, including identifying possible talent, devising campaign engagement mechanics, and delivering on campaign video
- Maintain production assets for overlays
- Edit and manage library of VOD content and highlight reels post-campaign
- Manage production team, both in-house and contractors
- Oversee production spaces, in-house and offsite
