Salary/Rate: $40-45k DOE
Description of Company: Our client is a medical device company focused on improving the lives of patients across the globe.
Position Overview: * The QA/QC Inspector will focus on the testing and inspection of incoming goods as well as following up with suppliers regarding quality reports. The QA/QC Inspector will also be responsible for CAPA’s and other quality assurance responsibilities.
The responsibilities for the QA/QC Inspector include:
· Inspecting incoming goods
· Using proper equipment to complete inspections
· Accepting or rejecting finished products
· Creating reports for nonconforming product
· Maintaining inspection equipment
· Tracking and identifying products
· Analyzing vendor performance
· Other duties related to quality as needed
The qualifications for the QA/QC inspector include:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
· Experience using inspection equipment in the medical device industry preferred
