Responsibilities
Sales Process Management & Administration:
- Work closely with Sales Management to provide reports, analysis and target market information
- Assist with ensuring process between sales, finance and billing is properly managed
- Maintain and administer all sales tools including Salesforce CRM and integrated applications. Ability to personally build salesforce reports
- Review and understand processes & stages within the sales cycle, partner with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Own strategy and roadmap for optimizing CRM usage in order to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluate, propose, and prioritize system enhancements
- Drive metrics, analysis, and reporting required to establish an effective sales strategy
- Identify knowledge gaps. Organize training programs to increase sales reps job knowledge and skillset
- Monitor overall performance of sales process flow to ensure seamless operations through process, tools, and technologies
Data Governance, Analysis & Reporting:
- Perform financial analysis of current and prospective deals. Manage deal tracking and approval process to ensure appropriate controls are in place
- Refine and enhance a robust reporting and analysis framework that provides actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Work with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to define and communicate customer interaction forecasting & reporting, including contacts, opportunities and renewals
- Provide automated and custom business intelligence reports and dashboards to management
- Work closely with sales management and accounting to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting
- Work with client support & services to maintain and enhance the use of the CRM tools for management of customer engagements
- Drive data accuracy - Ensure CRM is up to date including sales, clients, documents, and policies & procedures
RFP/RFI Response & Process Management:
- Manage all aspects of RFP process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely response
- Compile content/inputs from all team members into the final response, assisting RFP owner with the overall quality of the RFPs/RFIs
- Assist with driving global best practices around proposal qualification and response process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or in a related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or project management with heavy sales engagement
- Experience with managing sales win/loss analysis, proposal and bid management
- Experience in the FinTech, Financial Services, or Finance industries
- Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce) including, ability to administer, navigate, create, modify or update objects, workflows, fields and layouts
- Advanced reporting & visualization experience
- Experience with RFP/RFI proposal automation software
