Talent Acquisition Assistant

Interested in gaining resume building experience in Human Resources or Recruiting? UC Berkeley's Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an exceptional student assistant. Administrative Tasks
·      Provide direct support to the Talent Acquisition staff to help facilitate administrative processes within the unit.
·      Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling and calendaring phone and in-person interviews for Talent Acquisition staff.
·      Perform general office tasks such as: copying, running errands on and near campus, typing letters, sending faxes, shredding, and maintaining and updating databases and files.
·      Light lifting, packing and unpacking of materials.

Projects and Data Entry
·      Maintain spreadsheets and other databases.
·      Create documents, spreadsheets, and presentation/training materials.
·      Accurately take notes and minutes of meetings.
·      Help copy and organize materials for events, meetings and trainings.
