SQL Database Developer

Intellicomm Inc., an information technology firm located in Wayne, PA, provides online services to mostly business customers. We are seeking a SQL Database Developer with SQL Server (Microsoft SQL) experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• MS SQL Server setup, design, administration and management.

• Writing queries and stored procedures.

• Database backup, recovery and restores.

• Database performance tuning.

• Creating database schemas.

• Writing software applications for database management.

• Ongoing documentation of systems and procedures.

• This position requires occasional after-hours support in emergency cases.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have a bachelors degree in a related field.

• Experience with SQL Servers.

• Experience writing stored procedures, functions and triggers.

• Experience creating indexes.

• Some software development experience.

• Candidates must be meticulous, self-motivated and demonstrate versatility and swiftness in isolating issues.
