We are looking for a Business Operations intern to join our Operations team in San Francisco. This position will be responsible for improving the overall operational efficiency of Arkose Labs. You will be working closely with our VP of Operations to execute initiatives around Customer Success, People, Culture and Finance.
Must-Have
- Strong Proficiency with Excel
- Experience with Tableau
- Comfortable in a startup environment with ever-changing priorities and initiatives
- Some experience in finance or business environment
What you will do
- Contribute to the overall Operational Efficiency of Arkose Labs
- Work with key stakeholders to understand how different lines of business are working with one another
- Measure departmental OKRs.
- Work closely with the VP of Operations on Professional Services and Customer Success analytics
- Set up internal dashboards, ideally with Tableau
- Contribute to People, Culture, and Finance initiatives in startup environment
Nice-to-Have
- Pursuing or have a degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience
