Analyst Development Program (ADP):
This 16-month rotational program gives a select group of high potential Analysts the opportunity to fast-track their careers in the field of leadership development. Throughout the course of this program, Analysts develop search execution and consulting skills through hands-on experiences, direct coaching from Consultants and an advanced learning and development curriculum. Analysts rotate through multiple industry and functional practices and are mentored by leaders of our firm. Successful completion of the program results in promotion to Associate roles.
 
Responsibilities:
The Analyst is responsible for supporting the research phase of the leadership search or consulting effort. This can include providing the search/consulting teams with information essential to business development and engagement execution as well as supporting the Practice’s strategic initiatives. Analysts work with teams, practice leaders, and other analysts to provide insights, interpretations, and direction based upon knowledge gained through their evolving experience and research.
 
Analysts will be hosted in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
(must have permanent, unrestricted work authorization within the country of placement)
 
Qualifications:
·        Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master degree program (seeking to hire May/June 2021 grads for a September 2021 start date)
·        Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening
·        Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and project management skills
·        Ability to grasp concepts quickly and think beyond traditional methods to exceed client’s expectations
·        Highly developed conceptual skills; ability to synthesize information quickly; understanding of various industries and functions; ability to present material in an organized and clear manner
·        Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels
·        Team-oriented, adding value to a collegial, collaborative environment
·        Proactive and self-motivated; possesses a strong sense of urgency
·        High level of intellectual curiosity and integrity
·        Results oriented, resourceful, and resilient
