Business Operations Intern
Location: Palo Alto, US
Responsibilities:
1、Support data collection and draw insight from analysis and synthesize recommendations；
2、Be a contributing part of team projects to ensure regional and business alignment on key strategic initiatives；3、Support the team to develop a deep understanding of customer’s needs, attitudes, and usage of specific cloud services；
4、Assist the team to monitor competitive activities and identify opportunities for growth；
5、Assist the team to review, audit and summarize operational data and provide summaries with recommendations to management；
6、Assist the team to investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for business operations improvement；
7、Work with project teams, managing your own workstream.
Qualifications:
1、Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills；
2、Proven ability to solve highly analytical problems and synthesize ideas；
3、Self-motivated and directed, and require minimal supervision；
4、Project management and organizational skills is a plus；
5、Proven analytical experience. Strong systems and tools experience；
6、High level of integrity, dedication and motivation, and great passion for the Internet industry；
7、Superior analytical skills and acute business sense；
8、Consulting/banking experience is a plus；
9、Cloud related experience is a plus；
10、Bilingual in Chinese, both oral and written is required. Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese and create presentations in both languages.
