HR Intern, Corporate Culture Implementation

Location: Palo Alto,US
Responsibilities: 
1. Utilize creative advantages and writing skills to create high-quality cultural stories / videos / pictures and other contents;
2. Benchmark external company practices, investigate cutting-edge cultural practices in Silicon Valley IT company, and implement to US Office online / offline event planning;
3. Design and promote online and offline cultural landing events;
4. Integrate various cultural related materials from headquarters and the US office, and launch the Intranet portal [Company Culture] section.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in business major, communication or translation related major is highly preferred;
2. Excellent in content creation, such as English writing, PS/Pictures or videos;
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written;
4. Have entry level of US HR knowledge base is a plus;
5. Have big picture and good at learning/utilizing resources;
6. Proactive and willing to communicate.
