HR Intern, Career Development and Job System Project

Location: Palo Alto,US
Responsibilities: 
1. Bench mark external market and conduct research on Job hierarchy in the US. Implement finings in one of the key areas of HR;
2. Consolidate/Integrate materials/experience from US Promotion Trial and HQ and summarize into promotion mechanism and guidance;
3. Support the localization of competency model, including English version of competency model, customizing competencies that overseas market need, developing English training materials to help employee better under career development systems;
4. Review the current JD, support Job Function Review,Job Mapping, Job Classification associated to each JD etc.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in business major, HR related major is highly preferred;
2. Have entry level of US HR knowledge base;
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin, verbally and written;
4. Good logic thinking and teamwork spirit;
5. Project Management Skill and Proactivity;
6. Have big picture and good at learning/utilizing resources;
7. Good inter-personal skill and love to communicate.
