HR Intern, Learning and Development Project

Location: Palo Alto,US
Responsibilities: 
1. Support the implementation of L&D activities;
2. Draft L&D related employee communications, including but not limited to emails, newsletters;
3. Assist the development of training programs;
4. Support new hire onboarding process;
5. Support any other ad-hoc projects that are needed to drive learning culture.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in business major, HR related is highly preferred;
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbally and written;
3. Communicative, good and willing to interact with internal customers to understand their needs;
4. Innovative and always looking for ways to improve;
5. Good at drawing conclusions from information and able to turn them into practical ideas;
6. Able to work independently with strong team spirit;
7. Love to learn and eager to explore new things.
