Six Months – Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Hours: Standard Business Hours


Navigate internal systems to research, trend, and report privacy incidents; also need to be client facing to interact with many retail teams to deliver the findings.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Owns responsibility for assigned privacy incident cases within the defined quality, efficiency, and service level standards. Researches and coordinates resolution of privacy incident cases independently by working with Enterprise Data Governance and Privacy, Legal, and various other business units.
2. Provides clear and detailed chronologies and summaries of privacy incidents. Documents findings thoroughly. Prepares privacy incident correspondence to clients which is accurate, timely, and complies with direction from Enterprise Data Governance and Privacy and Legal.
3. Demonstrates superior research and problem resolution skills utilizing a number of resources, and financial industry knowledge, as well as knowledge of all systems.
4. Maintains control of assigned privacy incidents through actively monitoring open case work and maintaining shareholder contact where appropriate.
5. Analyzes industry trends in an effort to reduce the number of privacy incidents occurring throughout the firm.
6. Provides the appropriate privacy incident prevention services (i.e., awareness, training, reinforcement of procedures, etc.) to other operational units to meet their business needs as directed by the manager.
7. Creates and maintains procedures and process maps. Assists management in training other crew members as assigned
8. Supports departmental efforts and participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
o Undergraduate finance, accounting, actuary degree
o Minimum two years general experience
o Strong time management and organizational skills
o Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
o Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Demonstrated problem resolution skills, including the ability to research and resolve routine and complex problems.
o Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
