CURRENT NEED: SR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
CURRENT LOCATION: ALPHARETTA, GA or REMOTE GA

The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst utilizes a variety of workforce data leveraging varying data sources (e.g., Workday Prism, Tableau, Spotfire or other tools) to provide insights that drive action in the business. This role serves as a subject matter expert for various people-related data sets and metrics, including but not limited to HCM, performance, engagement, diversity, & recruiting. He/she forms cross-functional partnerships across HR, to use this data to tell a story and drive insights that facilitate better people and business outcomes across Change Healthcare. 
This role will partner closely with subject matter experts across HR, Finance, and the business, to improve overall strategic and operational performance. They will partner closely with these groups to define relevant metrics that evaluate our current workforce and predict and forecast future workforce needs.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish cross-functional partnerships in order to assess business needs and provide the relevant, strategic data insights to drive actionable results. Analyses includes, but not limited to: Forecasting, predictive analytics, trends, benchmarking, and comparisons to targets
  • Guide data governance strategy regarding the definition and presentation of metrics, and understand and proactively work to minimize data limitations where possible
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage workforce data to deliver better people and business outcomes. 
  • Leverage available tools and resources to create visually effective analytics
  • Scope, define requirements, and create standard dashboards for use across the business
  • Create process to scope, prioritize, and evaluate ad hoc projects to ensure highest return on investment
  • As a data and analytics subject matter expert, assist in developing and strengthening this capability across various HR functions. 
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Training
Degree in Statistics, Data & Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field preferred
Business Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of HR Systems – Workday/Workday Prism experience preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of experience using BI/Analytics/Statistical modeling tools (Workday Prism, Tableau, SPSS, etc)
  • 5+ years of experience in related field (e.g. workforce analytics, statistical analyses, data science)
  • 5+ years of experience consulting, partnering, and influencing cross-functionally, including senior leaders and stakeholders
Specialized Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience
  • Strong understanding of HR Systems & Process
  • Experience configuring & supporting Workday complex reports and dashboards preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and cross-collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage change effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Timely execution and decision making
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is key
  • Ability to appropriately manage and maintain sensitive confidential employee information
