Roles Available:
Customer Communications Experience Intern
Your Impact
  • You will conduct industry and market research activities for customer maintenance communications.
  • You will research and help to deliver the most relevant information to our customers.
Requirements for this role
  • You will have experience leveraging data to support research objectives and outcomes.
  • You will have some knowledge of various research techniques.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills to drive meaningful conversations.
  • You will need a strong command of English language to critically evaluate communications documents.
Communication Analytics Intern
Your Impact
  • You will support the Communications Team and analyze communication data and assess the high impact areas to help us to drive a world class Customer Communication Experience.
  • You will understand the communication services and business outcome metrics to institutionalize best practices for running the communication business.
  • You will build advanced analytical models.
Requirements for this role
  • You will have knowledge of various research techniques.
  • You will have the ability to perform detailed work with numerical data to make mathematical computations rapidly and accurately.
  • Your technical skills will include an eye for details, Excel, SQL, Javascript 
Research & Analytics Intern
Your Impact
  • You will analyze data to assess the high impact areas and help us drive to give world class Support experience.
  • You will develop visual and interactive dashboards that provide insights and track progress on key strategic initiatives.
  • You will work on managing and resolving issues for Technical support team
Requirements for this role

GTS Product Management Intern
Your Impact
  • The Atlas project is a significant strategic initiative for ServiceNow. It combines Global Technical Support, Engineering and our biggest Business Unit of ITSM with the aim to develop out of the box AI Virtual Agent (VA) conversations with rich Natural Language Understanding (NLU), that will go into the product.
  • You will be assisting customers in maintaining, adjusting and measuring the value of their VA deployments over time.
Requirements for this role
  • You will have an eye for detail, with strong writing skills and a keen interest in Product Development.
  • You will have the ability to create documents requiring accuracy and confidential handling including interacting with legal and legal documents as needed.
Training and Enablement Intern
Your Impact
  • The Support Account Management and Escalation Management groups are customer facing groups committed to providing a superior, industry-leading customer support experience.
  • You will be able to develop and create adult learning materials.
Requirements for this role
  • You have the ability to recognize adult learning needs to help create a modern enablement experience.
  • You will have experience creating video, audio, presentation, and written content.
  • You will have some experience with social media content creation, including podcasts.
  • If you major is related to adult learning concepts is a plus.
  • You will have some exposure to web-design and structure such that you know how to design a modern and enjoyable online user experience. 
  • Currently enrolled or have completed a Learning Design and Technology or like program (preferred) or one focused in education, video, or graphic and web design.
