As a purchasing manager in the Maxim Integrated Procurement Organization, you will be tasked with enabling our domestic front-end semiconductor manufacturing facility in Beaverton Oregon to achieve its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Output and Cost thru the utilization/development of Best-In-Class Procurement practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Science degree (to be received within a year or having received it up to 3 years ago).
  • Knowledge of front-end semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Proven record in developing/implementing nobel ideas to improve the cost-effectiveness of a manufacturing operation (for example, qualifying alternate material/ alternate vendor which improved yield, runrate, or unit cost.).
  • Excellent analytical data-analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to ethically influence others to achieve win-win scenarios.
