As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Retirement Solutions business group within Aon. The position is in our Lincolnshire, IL office.
Your Impact as a Measurement Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
The RFM Measurement Analyst is responsible for collecting health, welfare, retirement and time off benefit program data for companies in our Benefit Index database and TCM database. Values benefit programs for assigned companies using Aon systems to code plan provisions and run programs. This person would have retirement, health, and welfare benefit knowledge with some familiarity with our systems.
- Receives a high level of instruction, guidance and direction from others.
- Learning to review benefit specifications for accuracy and data integrity with guidance.
- Learning to summarize booklets with assistance.
- Surveys over 200 clients annually regarding database participation and benefit plan provision updates.
- Learning to code parameters for benefit valuations for TCM and Benefit Index studies with assistance.
- Develops a basic understanding of the benefit value calculations.
- Develops competence by performing structured work assignments.
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
- Strong Math and Analytical knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Comfort level with making phone calls
- Strong teamwork ability
- Accurate/detailed
- Ability to multi-task
Preferred Experience:
- Experience cold calling to obtain necessary information
- Basic knowledge of benefits
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or other relevant discipline with minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent years of industry experience.
