Management Analyst

ERPi is currently searching for a full-time Management Consultant to support our Clients in the Washington, DC area. This role contributes to improving the Veteran’s lives and working towards a larger mission.
Responsibilities
The Management Analyst performs tasks that support the required delivery of analysis and advice to management regarding the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of large scale programs and operations. Specific Management Analyst tasks may include:
  • Support management of executive governance boards, to include strategic planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct organizational studies that specifically assess and analyze current (as-is) organization states and management systems
  • Perform gap analyses of the differences between current (as-is) and targeted (to-be) states
  • Document and deliver findings and recommendations
  • Conduct surveys focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection in support of organizational studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems
  • May also be tasked to provide basic project management support tasks to a government lead and/or an assigned project manager
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs
  • Ability to multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views and data sets
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environment
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret-level clearance
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Understanding of Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices
  • Experience working with DoD, VA and/or other federal agencies is a plus
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
