Global Strategy Life Science Summer Internship

Your role:
Working with experienced members of MilliporeSigma’s Global Strategy team, you will tackle exciting strategic projects and contribute to strategic decision making in collaboration with some of our main business stakeholders.
You will perform analyses to test key hypotheses and develop actionable plans based on a rigorous data-driven approach. Instrumental for your work will be the development of interactive business intelligence dashboards to communicate findings and provide thought partnership to senior leadership within our organization.
During your internship with us, you will join a dynamic, highly collaborative team that enjoys taking on the toughest problems in Life Science.
Qualifications:
- Pursing a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in life science, engineering, or data/information science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent data processing and visualization skills, esp. experience is designing and customizing dashboards (preferably in Tableau)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able absorb, understand, and structure large amounts of new information quickly to develop an independent point of view
- Passion, an entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to have a curious mind to drive initiatives
