Back end coder for Education Tech project.

I'm looking for a efficient partner to help code a Edtech project. The UX is complete, and now we need to make it live! We need someone who is available and adept at bringing to life web platforms. This project will be aimed at Chinese students, in China, so the coding and building of the site should reflect the needs of the Chinese web.....

Applicants would meet in person at my office, and then have the freedom to work from where they wish.

I'm looking to find a partner here. Someone who understands start up mentality.
