Best Real Estate Internship Ever!
Spirit Investment Partners internship program provides opportunities for candidates with diverse backgrounds who possess an interest in exploring the real estate private equity business as a potential career choice through its commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
The 10-week summer internship offers broad exposure to the business from researching new markets, learning how to evaluate new investment opportunities, assisting in the asset management of portfolio assets, working in financial models, creating investment memorandums, conducting site visits, and overall management of the business in a professional work environment.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a great attitude, work ethic, and sense of humor who possesses a basic level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products. The position offers 40+ hours per week and can last into the Fall on reduced hours, if mutually desired.
One position is being offered in our Stamford, CT office and one in our San Clemente, CA office.
