Shared Services Internship - Change Readiness

RESPONSIBILITIES
Part of the Organizational Development department, the intern in Change Readiness intern will be responsible for supporting change management initiatives and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Execute change management plans
  • Draft communications, such as presentations, emails and Frequently Asked Questions
  • Support training execution
  • Develop surveys and analyze survey data
  • Participate in qualitative research, e.g., focus groups
  • Attend meetings and working sessions, helping to capture action items and notes 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master degree program, majoring in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Industrial Engineering or related field, required
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office computer programs, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Problem solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
