Shared Services Internship - Change Readiness
RESPONSIBILITIES
Part of the Organizational Development department, the intern in Change Readiness intern will be responsible for supporting change management initiatives and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Execute change management plans
- Draft communications, such as presentations, emails and Frequently Asked Questions
- Support training execution
- Develop surveys and analyze survey data
- Participate in qualitative research, e.g., focus groups
- Attend meetings and working sessions, helping to capture action items and notes
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master degree program, majoring in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Industrial Engineering or related field, required
- Experience working in Microsoft Office computer programs, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Problem solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
