Shared Services Internship - Corporate Real Estate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Observation/participation in team activities
- Assist with Portfolio Management
- Attend property tours
- Exposure to Negotiation process
- Broad Exposure to NY Real Estate Market
An internship with Corporate Real Estate will offer an inside look at the Lease Process, Large Portfolio Lease Administration and general understanding of the Northwell Health Organization. With 750 facilities outside of hospital campuses and over 10 Million Square Feet of space, the intern will gain incredible experience with this team, including:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master's degree program, required
- Must have an interest in learning about the Real Estate industry
- Must be able to work collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience, preferred
