Shared Services Internship - IT Support
Description-RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with and process user accounts
- Participate in training sessions & project calls
- General technology and administrative support of Revenue Cycle Business Operations billing applications
- Monitor and assign incoming emails from the team distribution email to the team
Qualifications-REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, majoring in Computer Science, IT or related field, required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Computer database skills
