Shared Services Internship -Talent Management
Description-RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Management (TM) intern will partner with the team to ensure priority initiatives are ready for upcoming go-live, including:
- Human Capital Management transition to Cloud- assist with developing communications and training plans, last minute testing, and continued building of knowledge base and development goal library
- Hospital Assessments - partner on the execution and follow up of the hospital team assessment
- Fall Talent Review Process – assist team in building and creating approach and plan for Fall reviews
Qualifications-REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master degree program, majoring in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Industrial Engineering or related field, required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with high level management and team
