Real Estate Analyst (Entry Level)

The Real Estate Analyst will analyze and report on facility, tenant, and market level financial performance for a portfolio of ~200 properties. Other responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding market and financial performance issues, billing, lease/loan and covenant compliance, as well as regularly supporting senior management with ad hoc and valuation analyses. Opportunity for limited travel to visit facilities will be available. Below is a list of some of the various duties and responsibilities:
Tenant Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Review internal financial reports on a monthly basis, identifying any trends that require research, following up with tenants when additional information is required, and reconciling internal reporting to source data where needed 
• Understand the competitive healthcare environment and long term prospects of each property
• Be the main point of contact with the tenants’ management teams and uphold communications to maintain positive working relationship between Randstad and tenant
• Manage ongoing capital expenditure projects and their impact on performance
• Present tenant and market analysis to senior management and Randstad’s executive team formally during quarterly credit committee meetings
• Support the senior asset management and acquisitions team regularly by performing ad-hoc analysis as needed
• Maintain a working knowledge of lease and loan documents (covenant calculations, critical dates, etc.)
• Calculate covenants based on financial statements submitted and document requirements and report on issues to senior management on an ongoing basis
• Assist with legal document review and lease/loan documents and amendments
• Revenue Forecasting and Tenant Billing
• Track and report on cash receipts, communicate with tenants on payment issues and report concerns to senior management
• Prepare and send billing letters, determine annual rent increases, and track capital expenditure projects Maintain forecasted revenue schedules to reflect changes from all lease/loan amendments, capital expenditure projects, and new acquisitions
